Announcement!
My Time Kids' Gym will be closing its doors on December 22nd, 2009. While we are sad to say good-bye, we are excited to join with a new children's gym in Bee Cave named Rolly Pollies! They will be located in The Shops of the Galleria next to Pier 1. Check out their website at www.RollyPollies.com and look for the Bee Cave location. My kids love going to My Time! Lorie is a great teacher and really cares about the kids learning while having a good time. She puts 100% into her classes!

My son loves his time at My Time. The Parent Night Out has been a favorite. He feels like he's going to a pajama party and I take complete comfort in knowing he's in competent hands.

My Time is one of the best things I've ever done for my 3 year old son. He went from a child that was scared of the trampoline, to doing somersaults and cartwheels. Through Lorie's teaching, it has given him a lot more coordination and best of all he has so much fun! He loves it and it's great to see him having fun physically. He's made some great friends and he loves Lorie. She is amazing with children and we are so fortunate to have found her.

Lorie pours her heart and soul into this gym and the children who attend! I first met her at Bee Cave Library "Storytime" (she read to the kids) and was immediately impressed with her patience with children. Needless to say, I was thrilled to hear the news that she opened her own gym! So far, my two daughters have tried "Open Gym" and next we plan to visit one of her classes. I've heard great things from other moms. Thanks Lorie for filling a need in the community! :) The Acuna Family.

I love My Time Kids! It's such a great place for my little one (16 months) to burn off some energy & be around other kids his age. Lorie always has fun things planned before, during & after our gym class (songs, bubbles, free-play, etc) my son just loves it & so do I! I've met a lot of nice mom's - it's great. I've already recommended it to a number of my friends. You wont be disappointed!!!

Lorie is an great teacher that relates well to the children, makes the class fun while at the same time encorporating learning. My two boys love "My Time Kids" and are always asking when the next class is.

Who We Are
Lorie Baez, Owner of My Time
Lorie Baez known as "Miss Lorie" to her students, is the owner of My Time Kids' Gym. Lorie Baez has over 20 years of experience in identifying and enhancing personal success for each child by tailoring her curriculum to the developmental needs of children ages 4 months to 9 years. Lorie has become known for her high caliber instruction in elementary education, dance, gymnastics, cheerleading, and baby/toddler movement.
"Miss Lorie" provides a balanced and creative curriculum to teach to the whole child. Her curriculum is backed by a degree in Applied Learning & Development with a specialization in reading. Before teaching elementary school for 9 years, Lorie was also a cheerleader, dancer, and collegiate gymnast. These experiences have allowed her to provide exceptional instruction for children in a variety of class types to enhance both academic and physical education. Lorie believes that all children need their own special time of the day to learn, play, exercise, and explore.

Jana Gryder -
We are so excited to have Mrs. Jana join our team of professional instructors. Jana was a competitive baton twirler for 15 years winning three national titles. She was a feature twirler for TSU and Washburn University. Jana started dancing at the age of 2 and participated in many competitions and pageants. Additionally, she was a dance major at TSU and TWU. Jana studied gymnastics for about 10 years and was best in floor exercise and rhythmic gymnastics. She has extensive experience teaching dance, tumbling and baton twirling. Jana also taught preschool and first grade before going to law school and has volunteered for many children's charities. Jana says that she believes My Time programs are the foundation of strong self esteem. She says that she loves the look on her students faces when they finally accomplish a skill - "You can see the confidence starting to grow!"
